1. About these terms

These Terms govern use of mivosta.com and purchases from Mivosta (“we”, “us” and “our”). Our store is hosted on Shopify. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

2. Product descriptions, use and care

We aim to describe products, prices and availability accurately. Screen settings may affect color appearance, but goods must conform to their description and applicable legal standards. Read the product information and follow supplied instructions and warnings. If a product appears unsafe or causes an adverse reaction, stop using it and contact us. Statements about individual experiences do not override an express product promise or statutory guarantee.

Any optional commercial warranty supplements your legal rights. You do not have to buy extra warranty coverage to obtain remedies required by law, and there is no blanket 24-hour deadline for reporting defects.

Care, materials and suitability

Follow the care, cleaning, storage and safety directions supplied with each product. Review listed materials or ingredients if you have known sensitivities. Product-specific warnings apply to the product concerned; they are not a waiver of legal rights. If persistent discomfort occurs, stop use and seek appropriate professional advice. A commercial warranty may exclude damage caused by misuse only to the extent its disclosed terms and applicable law permit.

3. Orders, prices and payment

Provide accurate order, delivery and contact details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Available payment methods, currency, delivery charges and any taxes collected by us appear at checkout. Review the total before paying. USD is our reference currency; supported markets may display local currency.

We may contact you about suspected fraud, unavailable stock or a material pricing or description error. We will not require you to accept a changed price or substitute without your agreement. If we cancel an order we cannot fulfill, we will notify you and refund payments for the cancelled portion and applicable charges. Later price changes do not retrospectively change an accepted order.

Promotional prices

Offer conditions, eligibility, expiry and whether discounts can be combined must be disclosed with the promotion. Advertised savings must reflect a valid comparison and the price available for purchase. Returns are calculated from the amount paid, including the allocated discount; a promotional price does not remove statutory remedies.

4. Delivery, cancellations and returns

Our Shipping Policy explains current destinations, services, processing estimates and import charges. Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains the 30-day voluntary return policy, any applicable fees, statutory withdrawal rights, faulty goods and refund timing. Contact support@mivosta.com promptly to request an order change or cancellation. Fulfillment progress may limit operational changes but does not remove legal rights.

5. Website use

Do not use this site for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement, malicious code, unauthorized access or interference with other users. We may restrict access for misuse, without removing obligations relating to lawful existing orders. Keep account credentials secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use.

6. Intellectual property and external services

Website content is owned by or licensed to Mivosta or the relevant rights holders. Applicable law governs permitted personal use; unauthorized commercial copying or distribution is prohibited. External websites and independent services have their own terms and privacy practices. Their involvement does not exclude our responsibilities as the seller.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains collection, use, sharing and choices relating to personal information. Marketing consent, where required, is separate from acceptance of these Terms.

8. Liability and consumer protections

We do not promise uninterrupted website availability. To the extent legally permitted, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, product liability, or any guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Your mandatory rights concerning faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or undelivered goods remain intact.

9. Governing law and disputes

Applicable United States law governs these Terms to the extent permitted. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or access to courts available under the law of their place of residence. Contact us to seek a resolution of any concern. These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration or a waiver of lawful payment-dispute or collective-action rights.

10. Updates

We may update these Terms prospectively and display the revision date. The terms and offers applicable when your order was placed continue to govern that order, unless a legally required change or a change expressly agreed with you applies. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
